I'm LaNisha Bodley. I've called Middle Tennessee home since 1992 — I grew up here in a military family, left to build a career in New York City, and eventually moved back to raise my own family. Coming home wasn't a business decision. It's where I want to be, and this company is how I'm contributing to a place I've always cared about.

My background is in finance — Wharton undergrad, Columbia MBA, and 15+ years in senior financial leadership at large companies. Through Pembrook Advisory, I work with small business owners on the financial strategy and clarity that most have never had access to. Through Pembrook Capital, I acquire established Middle Tennessee businesses from owners who are ready to move on, and I take seriously the responsibility of stewarding what they've built. Through Pembrook Properties, I'm investing in real estate that improves quality of life in the communities I live in.
